I am trained as a body-oriented therapist. However, I am not focused on techniques, diagnoses, or methods. Instead, I look at who you are, with your unique personality and your unique history. It’s about your story, and together we will find an approach that suits you.

After an initial session, we’ll explore whether there is a connection and whether this form of therapy is right for you.

You are in charge: you set the themes and the pace.

In addition to talking, we engage in various body-focused exercises, such as identifying blockages, breathwork, bioenergetic exercises, touch, tensing and relaxing, and body dialogue. These techniques are tailored to your themes and used to gain insights into your body and how it responds.

I don’t use intake forms, evaluation reports, or homework assignments. If we decide to work together, we will complete a medical history form together.
