In addition to individual therapy, group therapy can provide complementary insights for your personal development. The group dynamic offers an opportunity to practice specific skills, such as:
- How open can I be?
- What holds me back from being vulnerable?
- How do I interact with people who are different from me?
- What personal themes become visible in a group setting?
- How do I offer support to others, and how do I ask for support?
The groups are often multicultural, creating a rich and diverse environment. Each group consists of up to 8 participants.
Once a group is formed, we collaboratively determine suitable dates and the desired frequency of meetings.
You don’t need to be in therapy with me to participate; it’s open to everyone. However, please send an email with your question and motivation to join.
